Entri kali ni untuk cover trip hiking ARB ke Gunung Gap & Ulu Semangkuk pada 25 Feb yg lepas.

Total seramai 22 orang yg join trip kali ni. Kesian cip Zaly terlepas trip, takde rezeki sebab demam.
Detail tentang Trail:

• Height : 3868 feets (1183 meters) - Gunung Gap   
• Height : 4558 feets (1394 meters) - Gunung Ulu Semangkok
• Location : The Gap Resthouse, Fraser Hill Gap, Kulau Kubu Bharu (Selangor)
• Usually it takes 45 minutes to 1 hour from peak to reach the Gunung Gap summit, continue 1 hours 45 minutes to 2 hours from Gunung Gap summit to reach Gunung Ulu Semangkok summit
• Distance : about 3 KM

Perjalanan 800m pertama tu memang azab beb. Rasa menyesal nk tidur dalam kereta je masa tu. Hahaha.
